Operations & Maintenance
Recent Pelatron IT projects include: Designed, constructed and operates the Pacific Joint Interoperability Technology Center (JITC) Integrated Test and Evaluation Center (ITEC) for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Veterans Administration (VA). The 5,000 square foot data center has separate Unclassified and Classified (SCIF) compute resources with 47 scalable large enterprise servers & 22 network server blades for computation and file serving, nearly 300 terabytes of network attached storage, resource balancing, virtual failover of hosted resources, and commercial, NIPRNET, and SIPRNET communications. Sustained network and legacy enterprise systems by providing secure, reliable, and rapidly responsive network operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week in support of 45,000 Air Force personnel. Provided a seamless infrastructure of networks, daily resource and management oversight, control of the change management process, implementation of standardization improvements and capacity planning, problem solving, and coordination with other agencies for the U.S. Army. Provided Information Assurance Security, Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, Transmission Technician staffing, Video Teleconferencing and Help Desk functions for the prime contractor.
