COBRA3: COC OTM Battlefield Remote Access and Awareness Applications. Commanders require fast and accurate data to enhance situational awareness and allow for rapid response.NOTM processes multiple data sets from a variety of locations to provide warfighters
with the information they need to win.

 

NOTM is a mobile and modular command and control system providing situational awareness and combat operations capability while on-the-move. 

The communications system utilizes secure networks, multiple radio suites, and tactical software applications that enable it to reliable over-the-horizon, on-the-move data to warfighters in the field.

Hub Vehicle

    • Ku-Band Satellite sub-system
    • Wireless sub-system (wireless to Staff Vehicle)
    • Radio sub-system (HF/VHF/UHF/UHF-SATCOM)
    • Three IP Networks (SIPR, NIPR, Coalition –HA/DR)
    • Operator Workstation and system support (shore power, system control & monitoring)

 

Staff Vehicle

    • Wireless sub-system (wireless to Hub Vehicle)
    • Client support for three IP Networks (SIPR, NIPR, Coalition)
    • Provides data, voice, and video capability back to reach-back site (i.e., COC)
